I thought I’d show you what I’ve been wearing the past couple of days. I’m really loving the whole ’90’s Goth’, The Craft-esque vibe that’s in the shops at the moment, whenever ‘goth’ or similar comes around in style I rejoice because I can get nice clothes for not much money! Woo! Also, I’m so digging my Naked2 palette. Can’t believe it’s taken me this long to get it!

The first thing I wanted to share with you in this outfit is the frankly adorable pentagram choker I’m wearing, even though you can’t really see it! The past few days I have been nipping in and out of Claire’s Accessories (yes, I am 25 and yes, I do still shop there!) and buying my way through their current selection of charm-chokers. I love them! I’m going to stop now though, I have enough! I’m also wearing a stripey long-sleeved t-shirt I bought in Primark for the reduced price of about £1.80; it’s surprisingly amazing quality, has washed well, and is long enough (covers my bum!) to wear by itself with trousers or leggings or whatever. Win, in my book.

Naked 2! I can’t remember which shades I used that day, for which I am eternally sorry, but I love it! I love the surprising versatility, considering it’s really just a nude palette, but yeah. Love love love.

Bonus duckface picture because I am quite clearly hilarious and was messing around, ha! I used a Collection Cream Puff lip cream in Fairy Cake, I believe, and it was actually awesome. I also used Maybelline SuperStay Better Skin again, and remembered why I liked this foundation so much!

Today I was feeling more of the goth thing. I’d painted my nails the night before (Fearne Cotton ‘Night Owl’ polish, from a gift set a couple of Christmases ago- surprisingly good!) and was feeling awesome. You can’t really see them too well but I wore some bright red tartan leggings under the dress and I’m not sure if I like them or not! The pattern gets distorted by my thunder thighs (read: fat legs) and it just looks odd.

My makeup was awesome today though. I used some of the darker colours of the Naked 2 (I forgot to take a pic of my eye make up, I’m sorry!) and I really liked how it turned out. I also used MAC Magenta lip pencil with Revlon Shameless Matte Balm over the top and remembered why I started to crush on purple lips. Also, quick note- that fang necklace is one of my favourites ever and I thought I’d lost it so the day I found it again last week was awesome.
