April Favourites

I’ve managed to whittle it down to five favourites this month!

Five is a much more reasonable number! There’s a pretty good representation of products here, and not all are strictly make-up, which I’m proud of.

MUA Undress Your Skin Illuminating Foundation in Porcelain

I love this foundation. I really, really love it. I’m pretty sure that if I wasn’t ‘shopping my stash’ I’d be pretty much using this every day and be on my fourth tube by now. It’s still not perfect, but it’s pretty darn close. I am that much closer to foundation perfection!

MUA Blush Perfection in Blossom

Both make up products are MUA this month… not sure what to make of that, but we’ll roll with it. I must also apologise for the massive bristle right in the middle of the pan! I really like this blush- it’s easy to apply either sheer and subtle or really vibrant and strong. It’s the perfect peachy colour on my skin, and great for a bit of a spring/summer flush. Best to use with your fingers!

Soap & Glory A Great Kisser in Juicy Peach

Juicy is definitely the word for this lip balm! It smells good enough to eat, and I’m not always a fan of ‘peach’ flavoured things as they can border on the sickly and artificial. This one however is fresh and delicious. It gives so much gloss to the lips, so either apply and leave to soak in a bit, or use as a super moisturising top gloss-coat for lipsticks.

Nina by Nina Ricci, EDT

I don’t really go for EDT’s usually, this was a present. It’s a really gorgeous scent, especially suitable now the weather is finally turning, and I’ve been choosing this over my other two favourites, Alien or Coco Chanel. For topping up during the day the bottle’s not too badly sized for popping in a bag, either.

E.L.F. Studio Lotion Wipes, Vanilla & Coconut

These round up the April Favourites list because they are fantastically convenient for on the go moisture top ups. I keep a packet of these in my gym bag for after a work out or a swim and they are so, so, so good for that exact purchase. This scent is Vanilla & Coconut, which is lovely, and I also have the Shea Butter. I’d love to try  the Milk & Honey or Cucumber & Melon varieties if they are ever in stock!

So that’s my April favourites! I think this format works much better than the free-for-all that was my March favourites, don’t you? Let me know!
